I managed to walk on average in January 11,532 steps per day but only fit in two weight lifting sessions with work and life taking loads of time away. My goal in February is to maintain the 10k+ steps daily for the month but also to add in two sessions a week in Stronglifts 5x5 to grow and maintain the lean mass I have while cutting more fat mass.

I did a Dexa Scan again at the end of January to continue tracking actual detailed information. It showed about a 16 pound lean mass loss which I will attribute to water weight lost, but I also lost 1/4 pound of visceral fat and 4 pounds overall of pure fat mass from my body.

Today I started a channel on YouTube to interact with more of you but also to inspire more people to make the change, I am new so its really painful and hard to do and I give anyone credit who edits on their own!
