So February was a hell month personally, not from the dietary side itself but within life itself as my sister was found in a DKA coma and brought to the ICU so I flew out for a week to be a bedside brother.
I cant tell you how hard it was to eat right while also being in a stressful situation beyond anything I could have imagined. I bent some to manage with hospital food as the hotel had no burner and I went with some fast food sans bun and similar beef sticks form the store.
I got another DexaScan done and it showed progression in body fat loss, skeletel muscle gain, and some muscle loss but to get to the weight I would want to be there will have to be lean mass loss as I started with nearly 200 pounds of lean mass.
I assume this high lean mass is required to sustain the heavy weight so in losing weight the associated lean mass would be lost.
